Our team has extensive experience in both civil engineering design and heavy civil sitework construction working for both private and public clients on numerous projects across the US Gulf Coast.

We prioritize the owner, designer, and contractor relationships through clear communication, timeliness, and constructability discussions.

  • Owner / Civil Engineer

    I am a Civil Engineer based out of Lafayette, LA and a graduate of the University of Louisiana. Growing up in South Louisiana, I've seen how beautiful our home can be, and I have also seen how vulnerable our homes can be when exposed to our region's natural disasters.

    I've had a love for solving problems for as long as I can remember. Becoming a Civil Engineer started as a dream to help solve complex infrastructure problems and has now become my reality. I enjoy using my diverse background in both design and civil construction to bring new ideas and solutions to our local region.

    I have an amazing wife, and we have three beautiful daughters. I am passionate about improving our surrounding infrastructure for our future generations.

  • Civil Engineer

    I am a Civil Engineer born and raised in Lafayette, LA. I graduated from the University of Louisiana in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and again in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After graduating for the second time, I followed my bride-to-be to Shreveport, LA where I began my career as a Civil Engineer and she began her training as a physician.

    In Shreveport I accepted a position with a large Texas based firm where I worked on various transportation and municipal infrastructure projects. After a few years, I wanted to broaden my scope of work. A different Texas based firm presented me with an opportunity that focused on engineering design and construction administration for aviation projects. I completed work on projects at various airports around the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. After eight years in Shreveport and working on a multitude of different projects, my wife’s medical training came to an end, and we relocated back home to Lafayette.

    Upon relocation, I had the opportunity to meet with the LCR & Company team.

    Following initial introductions, I realized that this was an opportunity that I did not want to forgo. The camaraderie fostered amongst the LCR team has proven to be unlike that experienced working in larger firms and it is apparent in the products of the team’s work.

    I hope to operate as a valuable member of that team, bringing expertise where I can, and growing professionally as we work together to solve the complex engineering problems which face our local community.

  • Civil Engineer

    I am a Civil Engineer from Opelousas, LA. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, fully expecting to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. However, with the downturn in the industry due to COVID-19, I accepted an opportunity in heavy civil sitework construction. This shift allowed me to learn and grow in the civil engineering discipline, eventually becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana.

    My journey has equipped me with extensive knowledge of the construction industry, focusing on 3D earthwork analysis, topographic surveying/construction layout, and cost estimating. Working in both commercial and residential projects has allowed me to bring a unique blend of technical expertise and practical experience to my work.

  • Associate Civil Engineer

    I am an Associate Civil Engineer, born and raised in Carencro, LA. I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. After college, I began working with an Oil Field Completion Services Company that specialized in gravel packing operations within the Gulf of Mexico. This opportunity provided me with training and experience in all areas of the company, extending from the design of the tools to the applications and installation offshore.

    With an interest in the Civil Profession and its demand in the surrounding areas, an opportunity arose with a team that I did not want to pass up. My experience on the civil side involves material quantifications, scheduling, and costs estimating for Heavy Civil Commercial, Residential, Government, and Industrial Projects all along the Gulf Coast Region. I have experienced and learned the importance of safety, quality, and efficiency in providing work within the industry.

    I have been a part of numerous teams and have learned the value having hard working, positive, and ethical people surrounding you. After spending years working with this exact group, it was certain that LCR & Company was something I had to be a part of.
